THE CENTER FOR LEGAL
PROTECTION OF CITIZENS
is the short name for the non-profit organization (NGO)
The Center for Legal Protection of Citizens and Organizations
that was established by citizens who voluntarily united
on the basis of common interest to protect personal rights
and freedom, declared by the Constitution of Ukraine.
|
|
|
WE BELIEVE, THESE TO
BE SELF-EVIDENT TRUTHS:
- society is the environment of any holder of personal
rights and freedoms, and power is the inseparable element
of this environment;
- any public power tends to extend its sphere of influence
at the expense of personal rights and freedom;
- a right or freedom, lost to one, is lost to all.
Considering
the aforesaid, we determined our MISSION as follows:
protection of non-proprietary rights and freedom of citizens
and their associations (foremost public organizations) against
wrongful acts of state, state institutions, local authorities
and officials or legal entities in the administrative field.
|
|
|
THE CENTER SEEKS TO
ACCOMPLISH ITS STATUTE OBJECTIVES THROUGH:
the activity of a legal aid bureau,
legal assistance to citizens and their associations in courts
and other institutions, organizations and enterprises, both
governmental and private,
